Address the ground beneath the build.
Reactive clay can soften and swell when wet, then shrink and pull apart as it dries. Those moisture cycles can contribute to inconsistent support, movement, heave, separation and pressure beneath constructed surfaces.
The product is intended to modify water–clay interaction, reduce sludging and moisture-driven movement, and support a more consistent subgrade.
A construction decision—not a garden calculator decision.
Suitability, dose, treatment depth and placement must follow the project soil assessment and approved specification. The product does not replace geotechnical design, drainage, compaction control or structural engineering.
The published positioning presents liquid treatment as an alternative to bulk gypsum programs. Do not substitute it into an engineered specification without project approval.
Plan before the pour.
Share the soil report, intended structure, construction stage and treatment area with the project team. Confirm application before concrete or paving conceals the subgrade.
